quick check-in clean room varied selection
the check-in happened quick. the room was clean. breakfast included a varied selection of items. Staff were very polite and keen to help with my request.
the hotel parking had limited spaces.

unsmart tv missing fridge
The room was a good size with two big double beds and it was nice and clean.
I was disappointed that the television in the room was not a smart TV. The room also lacked a refrigerator. I was told I needed to pay for water when I requested it.

underwhelming experience
questionable stains filthy grout
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
I found questionable stains on the curtains upon entering the room. the air conditioning did not work, a significant issue. the grout in the bathroom was filthy. It was brown and unclean.

good size friendly staff uncomfortable pillows reported vomit
The room was a good size and clean. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i liked the location. It was away from the centre and quiet, but a tram took me to the centre easily.
The pillows were not comfortable. I am aware this is a personal opinion. i noticed vomit on the stairs, and we reported this, but it had not been cleaned one hour later.
